Our procedure:

- Personal welcome and guidance: Fast track staff will welcome you at the airport arrival gate and assist you throughout the travel process.

- Visa Stamping {E-visa conversion to paper visa}: surcharge $5

- Landing Visa: Surcharge $5 (Applicable when the Company/Client has an official approval letter permitting visa issuance upon arrival at the airport), Other fees (visa fees, photography fees...) are paid by passengers.

APPOINTMENT BOOKING PROCESS

To ensure a smooth and convenient experience for all passengers using our Fast Track service, we have designed a simple and efficient booking process as follows:

STEP 1: SUBMIT YOUR BOOKING REQUEST

When you wish to use the service, please provide the following information:

  • Flight date and time
  • Flight number
  • Departure/arrival airport
  • Type of service required
  • Passenger name(s)
  • Contact phone number
  • Ticket code (if available)
  • Any special notes or requests

Once you have gathered the above details, please send your request to our hotline or service email for immediate assistance.

STEP 2: APPOINTMENT CONFIRMATION

Within three (03) hours of receiving your request, our team will review the information and provide a response:

 If the requested service is available at your preferred time

We will send a confirmation email including the appointment details, service time, and meeting point.

 If adjustments are needed

If the requested time cannot be accommodated, our team will propose the closest available time slot.
Once you agree with the new schedule, we will reconfirm the appointment by email.

 If you do not agree with the adjusted time

Unfortunately, we will be unable to arrange the service for that flight.
Our team will notify you by email regarding the inability to proceed with the booking.

SERVICE IMPLEMENTATION PROCESS

Once your booking request has been confirmed, our team will proceed with the service according to the following process:

STEP 1: SERVICE PREPARATION & MEET-UP ARRANGEMENT

After receiving your confirmed appointment details, we will assign our staff to greet and support you at the agreed meeting point and time.
All arrangements will be coordinated in advance to ensure a smooth welcome upon your arrival at the airport.

STEP 2: SERVICE EXECUTION

For each booking, our team will carry out the service following standard Fast Track procedures, including:

  • Guiding you to the correct counters
  • Assisting with check-in, security, and immigration (depending on the service type)
  • Supporting with luggage when applicable
  • Escorting you to the designated meeting points or exits
  • Ensuring your process at the airport is quick, comfortable, and efficient

We are committed to providing professional, timely, and attentive support throughout your airport journey.

STEP 3: SERVICE COMPLETION & CONFIRMATION

Once the service has been completed, our team will send a confirmation email to you (or your designated partner/agent).

In the event that our staff cannot reach you at the airport despite multiple attempts—and the service cannot be delivered due to reasons such as missed connection, incorrect contact details, or refusal from the passenger—our team will document the situation and record the booking as one completed service.

SERVICE CANCELLATION POLICY

For your convenience, please take note of our cancellation guidelines:

Cancellation at least 12 hours before service time

No cancellation fee will be applied.

Cancellation less than 12 hours before service time

A fee of 50% of the service charge will apply.

Exceptions for force majeure cases

We may consider waiving the cancellation fee for circumstances such as:

  • War or political conflict
  • Natural disasters
  • Severe weather
  • Flight cancellations due to technical issues or accidents
  • Serious health-related emergencies

These situations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
